Hospitality websites

Getting discovered is just the beginning. Make your venue easier to choose.

For cafés, restaurants and boutique hotels, we create mobile-first websites, interactive menu experiences and clearer local discovery. We help guests explore your atmosphere, menus or rooms and find the right next step, from directions to reservations.

What your customer is thinking

Looking for a place to eat tonight, where would you go?

On the pavement, phone in hand, the decision takes seconds. We build your venue's site for those seconds.

  1. “What's it like inside? Is it for me?”

  2. “I want to see the menu and prices.”

  3. “Is there a table, how do I get there?”

WHERE VENUES LOSE GUESTS

When menus, room details or booking options are hard to find, guests may look elsewhere.

Someone discovering your venue in Istanbul wants to see the space, check the menu or room details, and know how to visit or book. We make those steps clear.

REAL WORK · REAL SYSTEMS

What we've built. What we'd adapt for your venue.

We built a live website for a coffee brand serving the US market, along with an interactive iPad menu and management software used at an established Istanbul beauty salon. These aren't restaurant or hotel references; they're working solutions that demonstrate what we can adapt for your venue.

The coffee website is live. The iPad menu and management software run at Yıldız Kızılcan, a beauty salon, not a hospitality business. The iPad currently shows treatments, not restaurant dishes; the panel handles salon appointments, not table or room reservations. Restaurant booking, POS and hotel system integrations would be reviewed and scoped separately.

FOR YOUR VENUE

What can we do for your venue?

From being discovered to welcoming a guest, we build digital experiences around the way your venue actually works.

Let's make choosing your venue easier.

Tell us about your café, restaurant or boutique hotel. We'll review your current digital experience, discuss what matters most and prepare a written proposal outlining the recommended work, content requirements and scope.

What your customer sees on your site

Build the route around the business: a café menu, a restaurant table or a hotel room. Put practical decision-making information at each step.

  1. Discover the venue

Give guests a feel for the place.

Use original photography and a short introduction to show the atmosphere, location and ways to visit.

  2. Menus or rooms

    Help them explore their options.

Offer a readable menu or detailed room information, depending on the business, with easy mobile browsing.

  3. Plan the visit

    Make the practical details clear.

Show hours, directions and the reservation or stay conditions relevant to the venue.

  4. Make a reservation

Send guests to the right place.

Let guests request a table or continue to a room booking tool, with the confirmation process explained.

An example flow: how the site meets a visitor in this sector, step by step.

The services we start with
How we work
  1. Discovery

We talk about your business, your customers and what the site needs to do.

  2. Written proposal

Pages, features, timeline and fee in writing before anything starts.

  3. Design

The homepage and one inner page first; the rest after your approval.

  4. Build and launch

The tested site goes live; admin access and a short guide are handed over.

Frequently asked questions
What do you need from us, and how is the timeline set?

We start with menu or room information, visitor policies and your reservation process. Once photography needs and approval responsibilities are clear, we set a written preparation, design and launch schedule.

Can we update menus and room details ourselves?

Yes, we can provide an admin panel for menus, room descriptions and opening hours. Your team can handle seasonal content changes without commissioning a new website.

Can we keep our table or hotel booking tool?

We check which integrations your current tool supports. We then assess direct links or embedded options and clearly distinguish reservation requests from confirmed bookings.

Can you photograph the food and venue?

Yes, we can plan photography with our own team. We agree a shot list in advance, covering the menu, dining areas, rooms and shared spaces the website needs.

Do cafés, restaurants and hotels use the same structure?

No, a café may prioritise its menu and directions, a restaurant its table enquiries, and a hotel its rooms and stay conditions. We build the pages and booking steps around how your business actually works.
